There’s something special about big-name riders who aren’t on big-name brands. Yoann Barelli has been on Giant and Commencal in recent years, but is now on the grassroots but quickly growing Guerrilla Gravity. Seems they’re getting along fine given the riding in their latest edit together. An edit that celebrates another pairing of big and small. The Gnarvana Rally like Barelli build is the French enduro pro’s signature build, and it’s got the sort of spec you wouldn’t see from big-box brands. Sure, there’s the generally mainstream (and generally available) RockShox Zeb / Super Deluxe suspension package, GX drivetrain and Code brakes, but there’s plenty of parts you wouldn’t often see on a complete build. The Hutchinson Griffus tires were a successful return to gravity rubber for the French brand, designed with Barelli’s input. The PNW Range bars and Loam grips have an equally aftermarket feel, as do the U.S.-made Industry Nine Enduro 305 wheels and A35 stem, both with custom gold accents to match the Barelli-exclusive gold foil treatment on the Gnarvana frame.
Of course, Guerrilla Gravity offers some degree of customization to most of the components on its builds, so you can dial each of these in to your liking. As listed, the Rally like Barelli build goes for just under $6,000.
