There was trouble in paradise this winter. Bellingham Washington is rideable for most of the year, but that doesn’t mean it’s always pleasant. Wet is one thing, but cold, wet and slushy is a reason to skip town. So, Transition’s A/V mastermind, Skye Schillhammer, marketing team member, Hannah Bergemann, sales tech Drew Arnold, and photographer, Oliver Parish set their sights on the Oregon coast. Each grabbed a Transition Scout, a 140mm / 140mm 27.5-inch oversized kids’ bike. Their destination included a mix of machine-built flow, soft loam, and lots and lots of jumps. Oh, and they go surfing too. It doesn’t look like as much fun as the jumps.
